Industrial Capability for Aeronautical Systems
Elytron Aeronautica offers structured licensing and technology transfer programs enabling the local
development of advanced aeronautical systems, including unmanned platforms, experimental aircraft, and
ultralight composite structures.
The objective is to establish engineering, manufacturing, and operational capabilities directly within
partner organizations, ensuring long-term autonomy instead of product dependency.
Licensed entities can produce, customize, maintain, and evolve aircraft using certified industrial
processes, validated engineering documentation, and training tailored for civil and special-operations
environments.
Concept and Framework
Elytron provides not only aircraft, but the complete industrial framework required to design and
build them professionally, transferring:
• Engineering methodologies
• Certified manufacturing practices
• Digital documentation and data traceability
• Integration and operational know-how
Licensing solutions are intended for government institutions, industrial partners, and research
centers seeking capability development, certified production, and advanced aviation
training.
Each licensing path guarantees that competence—not only hardware—is transferred, enabling sustained
autonomy and scalable productivity.
Licensing Options
Finished System License
Local production of validated Elytron configurations, supported by industrial tooling,
avionics integration, quality assurance processes, and personnel qualification
for flight
operations and maintenance.
Platform License
Access to aerodynamic and structural architectures scalable across
multiple MTOW classes and
mission profiles, with engineering support for structural adaptation,
propulsion
integration, and customization.
Co-Development License
Joint development of new aircraft derived from Elytron platforms, including aerodynamic
studies,
FEM/CFD optimization, prototype fabrication, ground/flight testing,
and
serial-production readiness.
Structure of the Program
Each program includes all elements required for design, production, certification support, and operational deployment, aligned with traceability principles and quality frameworks typical of Part-21 compliant aeronautical manufacturing.
| Component | Deliverables |
|---|---|
| Engineering Documentation | CAD models, manufacturing drawings, FEM/CFD reports, test protocols, maintenance manuals, QA procedures. |
| Production Tooling & Assets | Composite molds, machining fixtures, assembly jigs, drilling templates, calibration plans, and on-site setup support. |
| Qualification & Training | Composite lamination, avionics installation, dimensional QA, ground/flight procedures, maintenance, fleet lifecycle management. |
| Industrial Workflow & SOPs | Factory layout, production scaling, logistics, material traceability, maintenance scheduling, controlled serial manufacturing. |
| Production Rights & Local Authority | License-based authorization for local manufacturing, variant development, program scaling, and long-term operational independence. |
Elytron also designs the factory layout and complete production flow, including clean rooms, composite lamination departments, machining areas, assembly and integration lines, and test benches, scalable according to national or export demand.
