The propulsion system adopted for the Talisman S-60 is a liquid-cooled, two-stroke internal combustion engine specifically optimized for extended UAV missions and high-temperature operating environments.
Its electronic fuel injection, digital engine control, and independent ignition architecture ensure reliable performance, predictable thermal management, and sustained efficiency during long-endurance flights.
The engine integrates a closed-circuit cooling layout, altitude-adaptive fuel regulation, and a high-output generator sized to support avionics and mission payloads. All control functions are managed through a full-authority digital system, ensuring precise throttling, mixture regulation, and diagnostic monitoring across the flight envelope.
The Talisman S-60 integrates a redundant flight control suite centered on the Vector 600 autopilot, including multiple IMUs, CPUs, and advanced GNSS systems.
The platform supports BVLOS operations and complies with modern airspace regulations through Detect-and-Avoid integration.
