Engineering the Skies of Tomorrow
At Elytron Aeronautica, we combine Italian aerospace engineering with a vertically integrated manufacturing capability. We design, industrialize, and certify unmanned aircraft systems and light aerial platforms, delivering complete turnkey programs that merge aerodynamic innovation, composite manufacturing, avionics integration, and flight validation within a single organization. From concept to mission readiness, we transform engineering into operational capability.
Elytron Aeronautica S.r.l. is an Italian aerospace engineering and manufacturing company with facilities dedicated to aerodynamic design, composite fabrication, propulsion integration, and full-system validation.
We develop and industrialize unmanned aerial systems and light aircraft entirely in-house — from structural modeling and FEM analysis to lamination, avionics, propulsion, and test operations. Our vertically integrated ecosystem ensures full control over quality, traceability, and performance, enabling rapid response to both civil and defense-sector requirements.
To design, industrialize, and deliver modular aerial systems that combine endurance, safety, and operational versatility — enabling partners worldwide to operate or manufacture them independently through structured training, documentation, and technology transfer.
Elytron stands for engineering independence, turning innovation into capability.
Aerodynamic Design & CFD Optimization – Tandem-wing configurations offering high stability, stall resistance, and extended endurance.
Composite Manufacturing – Aerospace-grade lamination, curing, and precision hybrid-carbon fabrication.
Integrated Systems Engineering – Unified architectures for propulsion, avionics, telemetry, hydraulics, payloads, and ground control.
Flight Validation & Certification – Test campaigns and qualification aligned with EASA Part 21 and ENAC frameworks.
Technology Transfer – Structured licensing programs enabling national production capability and autonomous UAV manufacturing.
Elytron’s research integrates aerodynamic engineering, composite technology, and digital manufacturing.
Our development approach is based on continuous optimization, practical testing, and a deep understanding of flight mechanics, enabling the creation of efficient, long-endurance platforms and structural solutions for next-generation aviation.
Elytron’s industrial capability is strengthened by collaborations with global specialists in composites, avionics, propulsion, digital engineering, and research institutions.
These partnerships support structural optimization, system integration, validation campaigns, and advanced manufacturing methodologies — contributing to the development of reliable, mission-ready aerial systems.
